Return & Exchange Policy

Please Note: Items ordered as gifts during the Christmas time are only eligible for an even exchange by the gift receiver. Please follow the instructions below but mark "store credit" on the return form. Contact for any questions. 

1. For full credit, all returns must be received in new, clean and unworn condition with the original tags attached.

  • This includes (the absence of) dog and cat hair, and free of any scents or perfumes. 
  • Any returned items not fit for resale will be denied and returned at the customers cost.

  • 2. Fill out and print our return form

    3. Mail the items and our  return form using the carrier of your choice. If the item is damaged, we will refund your original shipping cost upon receipt instead of sending a return label.

    4. Send it to the address below within 28 days of receipt:

    Send your return back for a refund by following the above instructions. Place a new order online for the replacement item.

    If you ordered during a sale, or with a discount code, please request store credit on your returns form.
      We do not exchange items. 

    How long will it take to process my return?
    Please allow 2-3 weeks after we receive your return for us to process it. Once the return has been issued, you will receive an email confirming your refund or gift code.

    I receive my item as a gift. What can I do?
    Mark that you would prefer a gift code on your returns form. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will send you a code to place the new order online. 

    Why don't I see a refund?
    Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to show on your statement.
