Question: What is your return/exchange policy?
Answer: We allow returns at any time within 45 days of placing your order. You do not need to contact us first. Please review our Returns policy here.

Question: Where is my order? 
Answer: Most of our items are made per order, and can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship. Please review the specific product page for more information. If you have any questions, you may call, text or e-mail us at any time, or by using the form below.

Question: I still haven't received my order after ample amount of time. Where is it?
Answer: Once a SwimWithIssues order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. 

  • If you have not received a tracking email from us, your email may be incorrect or we made it into your spam folder.

  • If you are still unable to find information on the shipment of your order, please contact us using the contact form below. 

Question: I only received part of my order, who can I speak to about this?
Answer: Some of our products are shipped from different fulfillment centers across the United States. If you received an email that some of the items in your order were shipped, not to worry--we haven't forgotten about you and the remaining items will be shipped as quickly as possible.

  • If your tracking email did not say that some of the items in your order were shipped, and you did not receive your entire order, we may have unintentionally shipped only part of your order. Please contact us using the form below. We take all inquires very seriously and we will do the best we can to make the situation correctly. 
Question: I have a problem with an order, what should I do? 
Answer: If you are not satisfied, an item is damaged, or you have another issue with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Connor, Ethan or Zach will be more than happy to speak with you regarding your order and will do whatever it takes to make the situation possible -- We strive for 100% Satisfaction and personal bests not only in the pool, but outside of it as well.
